A TRACTOR driver admitted to being ‘lazy’ after being pulled over by police in Cuddington yesterday, Tuesday.
Motorbike officers from Cheshire Police pulled the driver over on the A49 for travelling with an unsecured load.
On inspection, they identified the load to be 10 hay bales which were not tied to the vehicle and carried a risk of falling off.
The driver admitted to having the straps in the vehicle with them, but was ‘being lazy’ by not putting them on.
They were issued with a traffic offence report and the vehicle was prohibited from moving.
