WOMEN are invited to chill out and enjoy being pampered.

The charity Motherwell Cheshire is offering wellbeing days again in Winsford.

This is a chance for women to access affordable complimentary therapies by experienced therapists from the local area.

Dave Hamlett from Body Logic and Lynda Bliss from Blissful Moments Holistic Therapies offer a wide range of treatments from back neck and shoulder massage to reflexology.

Both therapists are also qualified to offer pregnancy massages.

The treatments are £15 for half an hour and take place at Motherwell's new premises at Star house on Esk Road in Wharton.

Wellbeing coordinator Debb Sharrad said: “The days are a great opportunity for women to take time out and understand the importance of self care.

"Our charity's aim is to support the mental health and wellbeing of women and girls. I feel it's important that we encourage self care so that individuals understand how important it is.

"We want our wellbeing days to be a place where women and girls know its a chance to relax and unwind.”

Everyone who attends can have their blood pressure checked by a member of the Motherwell Charity team, who all recently completed the Healthy Hearts training.

Women will also receive a self care pack to take home.

Motherwell recently received the bronze self care award from Vale Royal Clinical Commissioning Group.

The charity encourages women not having treatments to pop in for a chat and find out what other services are available.

Refreshments will be provided.

The first wellbeing day is on Saturday, February 29 from from 2pm to 6pm on 29th February.
