AN amateur dramatics group will be spinning wheels as well as yarns when a new take on a familiar tale comes to Winsford next week.
Over Players will be performing Sleeping Beauty at the United Reform Church on Swanlow Lane for four nights from Wednesday, January 29.
All proceeds will go to The Neuromuscular Centre in Winsford.
Written by Lynn Hughes and directed by Jan Bason, doors open at 7pm each night for a 7.30pm start.
Cast member Matthew Cummins, from Winsford, who plays Dandelion in the panto, said: “We are a group of amateurs who have enjoyed performing for many years.
"In that time we have raised thousands of pounds and hopefully a few laughs along the way. This year we are hoping to raise much-needed funds for a charity close to us, The Neuromuscular Centre.”
