A WINSFORD man arrested following an altercation at a pub in Tarporley has now been charged.
Ben Starkey, 30, and Timothy Kirkham, 37, were both arrested on Saturday, November 2, last year, following an incident at the Rising Sun Public House.
Cheshire Police say the victim in the case, a 46-year-old local man, sustained serious injuries as a result of the incident.
Starkey, of Daleford Lane, Whitegate, and Kirkham, of Wrexham Road, Ridley, and have now been charged with wounding/ inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.

The pair are set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday, February 14.
