ISAAC Baldwin will remain at Witton Albion until the end of the season.

The defender's loan deal, which originally saw him join Witton from Farsley Celtic in October, has been extended this week.

He has caught the eye during his spell at Wincham Park, having made 12 appearances in three months.

The 23-year-old had been struggling for game time with his parent National League North club, whom he had joined from Spennymoor Town in the summer of 2017.

Baldwin, who has also previously played for Brighouse Town, FC Halifax Town and Ossett Albion, went on to make 108 appearances for Farsley, scoring 10 goals in the process including a hat-trick against Witton at Wincham Park in the 2017-18 season.

That campaign he made the EVO-STIK Premier Division Team of the Year.

Baldwin will be in Carl Macauley's squad on Saturday when Atherton Collieries will be the visitors in the BetVictor Northern Premier League, kick-off 3pm.

A couple of rearranged Witton away fixtures have been confirmed.

Albion will head to Morpeth Town on Saturday, March 7, kick-off 3pm, and travel to Atherton Colls on Tuesday, March 17, kick-off 7.45pm.
