A NORTHWICH restaurant premises which has had five different identities in the past three years, is now available to buy for £495,000.
The High Street premises, which was most recently Stateside Bar and Kitchen until it closed down in October last year, was initially put on the market with a 'price on asking' tag.
But after some time looking for a new owner to move in, the price for a sale has now been revealed as well as a let option with a monthly rent of £3,750 for the 4,142 sq ft unit.
The town centre premises, which has recently been fully refurbished, comprises a double frontage unit with a ground floor sales area of 2,247 sq ft, a 1,355 sq ft first floor, a 250 sq ft attic, and a 290 sq ft basement.
The American bar and restaurant opened at the end of November 2018, on the site of the former Cheshire Bar and Grill, Zitano, Tiano, and Vita Bella, but closed after 10 months citing 'challenging conditions'.
Five restaurants have closed at the building, at the bottom of High Street, since the start of 2017.
