SANTA made a special stop at a Wirral barber shop, to the delight of customers and children.
The portly present bearer appeared at Men Only Barbers in Moreton on Christmas Eve to spread some festive cheer and hand out gifts to children.
Sandra White, owner of the long-standing shop in Hoylake Road, said: "It's been fantastic to see all of the children meeting Santa.
"We even gave him a quick trim ahead of his big day!
"We'd like to say thanks to all of our customers, new and old, for a fantastic year."
Nick Griffiths, from Moreton, stopped by the shop with his three-year-old daughter Phoebe.
He said: "This is the first time she's been old enough to understand, so Christmas is really exciting for her.
"She's really enjoyed meeting Santa today."
Mr Claus also visited the shop the previous week, when more than 50 excited children turned out to meet him.
He said: "It's brilliant to put a smile on the youngsters' faces - happy Christmas to everyone on the Wirral!"
