Police investigating an attack on a man inside a propertt in Partick have released CCTV images of men they wish to speak to.

Officers believe the two pictured men, and another man, will be able to help with their inquiries into the assault.

During the incident, which took place on August 20, a 28-year-old man was attacked within a property in the area's Thornwood Crescent. 

Prior to this, three males were seen outside Partick Train Station on Merkland Street before heading towards Dumbarton Road.

The first male is described as white, aged between 16-20 years old, 6ft tall, with a slim build and dark brown hair.

He was wearing a black and white tracksuit top, black tracksuit trousers and white trainers.

The second male is described as white, of similar age, around 5ft 5in tall, light red hair, red facial hair, with a slim build.

He was wearing a blue and dark blue jacket and blue jeans.

The third male, not photographed, is also white and of the same age. He is around 5ft 6 - 5ft 8in tall, with a slim build and was wearing a light blue hooded top.

Anyone with any information about the incident or who recognises the males in the images is asked to contact police via 101, quoting incident number 3991 of August 20, 2019
