RESIDENTIAL care home resident Rose Colly had a special surprise visitor at her 100th birthday celebrations.
Rose is a resident at Leycester House in Mobberley, and celebrated her birthday milestone on November 28.
Friends and family were invited to join Rose and other residents and staff at the home for the celebrations, which included a cream tea and entertainment.
A special surprise for Rose was the visit of her son, who had flown in from Sydney in Australia to give her a card from The Queen offering her best wishes on Rose’s special day.
