A BODY of a homeless man has been discovered in Birkenhead.
Emergency services were called to Tower Road yesterday (Wednesday, December 4) nearby Egerton Dock.
The man is believed to be in his 50s and was thought to be homeless.
His next of kin have been informed.
Police say that his death is not being treated as suspicious.
A file has been prepared for the coroner.
