A MAN has been charged after a shooting in Ellesmere Port.
Emergency services were called at 2.25pm on Saturday, November 30 following reports that a man had been shot in the leg on Enfield Road.
The man was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Liam Cameron, 26, of Camden Road in Ellesmere Port has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and possession a gun with intent.
While Nathan Elliott, 26, of Faraday Road in Ellesmere Port has been charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine.
Both men have been remanded into custody and will appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, December 3.
A 43-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and has since been released on conditional bail.
