A DRIVER was stopped for using a mobile phone during a police check in Middlewich.
Officers found several motorists breaking the law during their traffic operation in the town yesterday.
One HGV driver was caught not wearing a seatbelt.
Six fixed penalty notices were given to drivers for breaching parking regulations.
