FIREFIGHTERS tackled a car fire in Winsford.
Crews found a vehicle well alight on a car park near High Street at the back of the Dingle Recreation Centre shortly after 2pm today.
Firefighters, wearing breathing apparatus, used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and dampen down the vehicle.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 40 minutes.
