RESIDENTS and visitors are being encouraged to pop into town on Thursday, December 5, to indulge in some festive late-night shopping.

Almost 60 shops are staying open in Knutsford town centre on the night from 5pm to 8pm, in addition to the cafes, bars and restaurants which will be open.

Town centre manager Sandra Curties said: “Our late-night shopping event is coming along nicely, with almost 60 shops staying open.

“We have lots of entertainment on offer, from Knutsford Beats, Mereside Brass, and Abi Chetham, as well as Father Christmas at Hal Whittaker.

“Along with a raffle ticket given with any purchase and some amazing gifts on offer, Knutsford is the place to be on the evening of December 5.

“We urge residents and visitors alike to pop into town and enjoy a lovely, local, festive shopping experience.”
