A CHARITY is offering to pamper women in Winsford.

Motherwell Cheshire has re-launched their wellbeing days to give women access to affordable complementary therapies from experienced local therapists at their new centre on Verdin Exchange.

The charity specialises in the mental health and wellbeing of women and girls and offers a range of services from counselling to peer support.

Founder Kate Blakemore said: "Complementary therapies have proven to help individuals in many ways. Our treatments are open to everyone regardless of where they live and individuals don’t have to have a diagnosed mental health condition, simply book and come along and experience the benefits."

Dave Hamlett from Body Logistics and Lynda Bliss from Blissful Therapies offer a wide range of treatments, from back, neck and shoulder massage to reflexology.

Both therapists are also qualified to offer pregnancy massages.

The treatments are £15 for half an hour.

Wellbeing coordinator Debb Sharrad added: "The wellbeing days are a great opportunity for women to take time out and understand the importance of self care."
