A PROFESSIONAL actress who runs a children's drama school stars in a new TV advert to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Fords of Winsford.

Amelia Sefton, 27, said: "It was so much fun and it was a fantastic shoot."

The commercial features the north west's original car supermarket and is being aired around the north west and at the Trafford Centre.

Amelia, who has been acting and performing since she was seven, set up Pea Pod Drama School five years ago with professional actor Richard Oliver, 44.

"Richard is about to start shooting a new feature film of Macbeth which he has been cast as Macbeth himself!" said Amelia. "We are so excited for him to take on a dream role."

Children are now being given a chance to tread the boards as the search is on to find youngsters aged six to 16 for their Christmas production of Wizard of Oz.

"We would love to welcome some new aspiring performers to our theatre group," added Amelia. "We are exploring the use of shadow, projection and green screen special effects.

"Our students will get the chance to learn about green screen and shoot some footage for our show using our own in house filming equipment."
