THIS is the moment a runaway boat was swept away on fast currents before crashing into a low bridge.
The incident, filmed at Winsford Marina by Andrea Sadler-Smith around 6pm yesterday, Saturday, came after heavy rain had battered Cheshire causing widespread flooding.

A flood warning remains in place this morning, Sunday.
A spokesman for the Environment Agency spokesman said lasts night: "River levels are continuing to rise at the Hayhurst Bridge river gauge as a result of persistent rainfall.

"Consequently, flooding of low lying land, roads and farmland remains possible for low lying land and roads around the Rivers Weaver, Ducklow and Wheelock and their tributaries.
"Flood warnings are in force for Nantwich, Winsford and Anderton.
"We do not expect further significant rainfall today [Saturday] and we currently expect river levels to peak overnight. However, river levels will remain high until Sunday.

"Our incident response staff are closely monitoring weather forecasts and river levels and will issue further updates if necessary.
"Please be aware of your surroundings and keep up to date with the current situation. Avoid contact with flood water."
