THERAPISTS are coming together in Winsford to form Cheshire Holistic Health.

Nicola Stewart started her own business, Reflexology by Nicola Jane, after a career change and it grew so quickly she moved into Innovation House in October 2017 to expand.

"Opening my own clinic was an ethical choice for me,"said Nicola, from Middlewich. “I wanted to provide a quality service and make a difference to people’s lives."

The business expanded by adding three therapy rooms which she rents out to other therapists including counsellor Anita McKenna who runs Reflective Therapy.

The clinic is rebranding as Cheshire Holistic Health to celebrate its second birthday.

An open day is being held from 11am to 2pm on Thursday, October 10 at Innovation House on Browning Way. As it is World Mental Day, the clinic will be raising funds for Mind.

Clinical reflexologist Nicola specialises in supporting clients through infertility, Fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety and lymphatic drainage.

Her work extends beyond just treating the physical and emotional side as she empowers clients to take control of their health and wellbeing.

Nicola said: “I have completed additional training in reproductive reflexology which helps to support couples through their infertility journey.

"This includes fertility for natural conception and supporting couples undergoing IVF. My current success rate for assisting couples through a natural conception is 86 per cent."

Anita McKenna offers reflective therapy counselling and helps adults manage difficult and overwhelming emotions so they can feel happier and more in control of their life.

She is a strong believer in the power of people to change, to live better, happier lives with strong relationships.

Anita has personally and professionally seen the power of counselling and takes great satisfaction out of helping people to improve their lives and relationships.

She is an integrative counsellor, which means she draws from several therapy disciplines to create an approach that is uniquely tailored to each person and their needs.

Nicola added: “Together we have created an environment of help and support which I believe is really important."

Tea, cakes and biscuits will be served at the open day and Nicola and Anita will both be available to talk to people.

Anita is looking for any local businesses who would like to donate raffle or tombola prizes to help raise funds for Mind.
