IT is not often a spiritual medium would refer to themselves as a sceptic, but resident Guardian medium, James Griffiths bucks the trend.

He said: "I'm very hard on myself as a medium. I do beat myself up, the sceptic in me does say you can't say that James because it's going to be stripped down and people will say, anybody can say that, it's too open'.

"I want to be known as a decent, proper medium."

James is re-launching his service on our website, and you can ask questions for free. Click here to put your questions to James.

Spiritualist mediums believe they can link with the spirit world and communicate with them. James says it is a chance for the dead to have their say.

He said: "It's giving the person who's passed over a chance to come through and link with you."

To celebrate James' return to our website, we are giving you the chance to win two VIP passes to a paranormal investigation at Dudley Castle with James and Most Haunted star Richard Felix on December 8, 2007
