Shoppers are urged to be on their guard
WINSFORD Police are urging shoppers to be vigilant following a distraction theft in the town centre today.
Police tweeted: "There has been a distraction theft on winsford town centre today. Please be vigilant.
"Put money and purses in a sealed bag or pocket and be mindful of people bumping into you or standing too close. If you see anything suspicious, please report to 101."
