A HOME care company is currently looking to expand its team across Warrington as the demand for its services increases.

Home Instead Senior Care, whose UK office is based in Lower Stretton, has 30 new jobs to fill at its Warrington and Lymm office.

The company provides care in the home for clients and as the UK residents continues to age, there is a strong need for these services to continue.

Recent figures show that by 2025 there will be more than 13 million people in the UK aged 65 or older, many of whom will require care.

Melissa Critchley, owner of Home Instead, which has an office in Walnut Tree Business Centre, said: "The way in which we operate is unique and allows us to offer a different working environment for our caregivers.

"For example, we match clients and caregivers – we look for common areas of interest or life experience so that there is an immediate connection.

"Our care visits are of a minimum duration of one hour, ensuring our clients receive the best quality of care while providing our caregivers with high levels of job satisfaction.

"Our current team of caregivers come from a hugely varied background, some without any experience in the care sector, but the one thing they all have in common is empathy for older people and a passion to deliver the highest standard of care to those in our community.

On completion of their initial training, new caregivers will become eligible to receive the nationally recognised Care Certificate and can go on to further develop their skills with additional qualifications should they wish.
