FIREFIGHTERS from Winsford were among crews called to a two car blaze in the early hours of this morning that is believed to have been started deliberately.
They attended the incident, along with a crew from Tarporley, in Long Lane, Wettenhall shortly after midnight.
On arrival crews found both vehicles well alight.
A firefighter wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to fight the fire.
Foam was also used.
Once the fires were out the cars were damped down to make them safe.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
