SEVEN small business units could be built on land in Rudheath if plans are approved by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The 2,739 square metre site at Gadbrook Park is currently vacant, but sits in a built-up area with similar existing commercial properties.
Proposals aim to construct a row of joined two-storey units, with a flexible usage for business, industrial, warehousing or distribution.
If passed, the development would also create 51 parking spaces to be used by staff and customers.
In its design and access statement, developer Osbourne House Ltd say that the proposed design, layout and materials will be in keeping with the character of the surrounding area and other existing buildings within the Business Park.
Each unit would include a ground floor entrance, small lobby, up and over access door and an internal toilet, as well as a small kitchenette and stairs to first floor employment space.
