Residents will be asked to give a donation to the Mid Cheshire Foodbank
TWO events are taking place in Winsford this week where residents can donate items to the Mid Cheshire Food Bank in exchange for used school uniforms.
The first event takes place on Thursday, August 22 in St Chad’s Church Hall, in Gladstone Street, from 10am to 11.30am.
The second event takes place on Friday, August 23 in Wharton Children’s Centre, in Bradbury Road, from 10am to midday.
Asda Winsford have donated coat hangers and storage boxes for the exchange.
There will be a donation box for Mid Cheshire Food bank there for people who want to 'swap' one good deed for another.
