FIREFIGHTERS were called to a garden fire in Winsford today.
One fire engine attended from Winsford and another from Northwich.
A spokesperson for the Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Shortly before 12.30pm firefighters were called to reports of a fire in the back garden of a domestic property in Ludlow Close, Winsford.
"On arrival crews found that the fire involved several fence panels and had affected a gas cylinder on a patio.
"A firefighter wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire with a hose reel jet.
"The fence panels were then moved away from the property and the gas cylinder was cooled down and the areas affected by the fire were damped down to make them safe.
"Firefighters monitored the temperature of the gas cylinder with a hose reel jet."
