THE Kinderton is welcoming residents to go on a trip through music history to raise money for dementia charities this weekend.
Recordsville takes place on Saturday, July 13 from 2pm to 10pm and is free to enter.
There will be different DJ sets throughout the day covering a range of genres including, classic pop, new wave, soul, indie, disco, reggae and glam.
Laura Ellison, events and marketing manager at the Kinderton, said: “This is the first event we’ve held like this since we’ve been here.
“The music starting at 2pm will be mostly 50s and towards the end it will work its way to the noughties.
“The event is going to take place in the beer garden and we will be raising money with a raffle and a tombola stand and we will also be taking donations.”
