POLICE have charged a 22-year-old man with theft following an investigation into three incidents at ATMs in Northwich.
Marian Barbu, from Kelverlow Street in Oldham, has been charged with three counts of theft from a person.
The charges relate to distraction thefts at ATMs where cash was taken from victims while they used the machine.
He appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday and will next appear at Chester Crown Court on July 23.
