A FAMILY fun day promoting grassroots football attracted more than 2,000 visitors.
Children had fun taking part in various challenges
Winsford Over 3 Athletic and Winsford Community Disabled Football Group hosted the free event in partnership with the Football Association and McDonald's.
Football inflatable games kept children entertained
Children were able to enjoy all sorts of free activities and football related inflatables at Knights Grange on Saturday.

Organiser Tony Mitchell, who runs the two football teams, said: "The turnout was absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was electric.

A martial arts demonstration was one of the many attractions
Fun games, fair rides, a tombola, football sessions and tournaments, face painting, food, music and stalls kept families entertained all day.
