A 56-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured in a suspected drink drive collision on Warmingham Lane in Middlewich
A MAN was seriously injured after being involved in a collision with a suspected drink driver in Middlewich.
The 56-year-old pedestrian was taken to Royal Stoke Hospital.
The collision happened at round 10.20pm on Friday, May 17 on Warmingham Lane and involved a black Volkswagen Golf.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said today: "The driver of a black Volkswagen Golf, a 41-year-old local man, was uninjured. He was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and has been released on conditional bail until June 16.
