Aimee cannot wait to represent the town with her friends
THE Rose Queen for this year’s Middlewich Rose Fete and Children’s Festival cannot wait to represent the town with her friends.
Aimee Halewood, nine, from Middlewich Primary School was selected for the role.
Aimee said: “My favourite subject at school is science because I love all the experiments.
“I also enjoy knitting, making slime and playing guitar and flute.
“What I’m looking forward to the most about the Middlewich Rose Fete and Children’s Festival is the crowning ceremony and wearing my gown. I am also really excited to represent Middlewich with my friends.”
The Middlewich Rose Fete and Children’s Festival takes place on Saturday, May 18 from 11am to 4pm.
