A WINSFORD company is celebrating the success of the annual Knutsford Beer Festival, a highlight of Cheshire’s social calendar.
UK Container Maintenance Ltd (UKCM) sponsored the three-day event at the Courthouse to raise money for charity.
A range of beers from well-regarded craft breweries were showcased including Manchester's Cloudwater, Leeds' Northern Monk, Buxton Brewery and Manchester's Wander Beyond.
The leading container refurbishment specialist sponsored the event to help raise money for the festival’s nominated charities, Knutsford Royal May Day and The Children's Adventure Farm Trust, which provides holidays and activities for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children.
The adventure farm is a lifeline to children who are in desperate need and brings fun into the lives of children who have known terrible hardships at such an early age.
UKCM founder and chief executive officer Emma Elston said: “As the founder of an independent Cheshire business I understand the importance of supporting my local community and charities in the area.
"The Knutsford Beer Festival is such a fantastic event. Everyone who attends has a wonderful time and enjoys great entertainment whilst supporting well-deserved causes across Cheshire.”
UKCM, the UK’s largest family owned container repair and refurbishment company is dedicated to the refurbishment of all types of waste and recycling containers.
The company works across the country offering waste companies and local authorities mobile repairs, as well as factory-based services at its head office on Road One in Winsford.
