Winsford teenager charged with serious assault which left victim with broken jaw
A 16-YEAR-OLD boy from Winsford has been charged following a serious assault which left the victim with a broken jaw.
The teenager, who cannot legally be named due to his age, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.
It comes following a police investigation into an assault in Nat Lane on December 6 last year.
The victim, a 17-year-old boy, sustained a broken jaw as a result of the assault.
He is set to appear at South Cheshire Youth Court on Thursday, April 4.
