DROP in for an afternoon of extremely amazing talent and fun on Saturday at the Market Place Shopping Centre.

You will be treated to hourly performances of singing, dancing, acting, writing, and comedy from some of the best young talent in Bolton in an event by the Octagon between 2pm and 5pm. There will also be free activities to take part in including feeling the wonders of slime.

THE moving and thought-provoking play Early One Morning, by Les Smith will be performed at Farnworth Little Theatre.

The play tells the true story of Great Lever soldier James Smith, who after three years of fighting in some of the fiercest battles of the war, finds himself on trial for his life for desertion. Ticket prices range from £6.40- £10.00. For further information visit www.farnworthlittletheatre.co.uk.

FREE storytelling sessions to enhance the fun and joy of stories for young children and their mums, dads and carers.

Children under the age of eight must be accompanied by an adult.

This takes place every Saturday till the end of the year at 2.30pm in the Breightmet Library.

BARGAIN hunters are in for treat this weekend.

For the Bolton Wanderers FC Boot sale is taking place again this Sunday.

Sellers should arrive at 7 am and buying begins from 7.30am.

£10 for space for your car and £15 for vans.

Free admission if you are there just to enjoy the occasion and find a few bargains. Food will be served on site and kids entertainment will be available from kids rides and bouncy castles.
