Firefighters tackle car fire in Winsford
FIREFIGHTERS tackled a car fire in Mill Lane, Winsford, yesterday afternoon.
One fire engine from Winsford Fire Station was sent to the scene at 3.40pm.
Cheshire Fire Service said: “Firefighters were called to a car fire in Mill Lane, Winsford.
“A firefighter wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel to extinguish the flames. The vehicle was then damped down to make it safe.”
