Traffic hit by 'stuck swing bridge'
TRAFFIC has returned to normal after the Chester Road swing bridge was stuck earlier this morning, Tuesday.
Delays were reported in the Walton area due to the bridge being stuck to allow a ship to pass.
However the road was reopened at 11.30am.
