ROY Woods has shared this picture of from the 16th St Thomas Scouts group which was taken in around 1949.
The picture features a gathering at a farewell presentation to the departing vicar Rev Winsland from St Thomas' Church, on Peter Street.
Roy says the picture includes scout master Bill Brackley on the far left at the back, and on the right at the back is his wife Ethell Brackley (Akela), with their son William also depicted.
Others include brothers Wallace and Selwyn Needham and Jim Abraham in front of Ethell.
Cub scouts kneeling at the front include Roy himself and David Young, Eddy Ratcliffe, George Gore, Frank Newton and Jim Stirrup.
Roy, 78, said: "Many of these have sadly departed as the youngest on the front row would be eight, as you had to be eight to join."
