THE Royal Mail has said that there are 'no issues' with the postal service in Middlewich, after some residents complained of not receiving post.
The Guardian contacted the company after hearing from residents living near the town centre that letters and parcels were not being regularly delivered.
A Royal Mail spokesman said: "We have no delivery issues [from the Winsford delivery office] and all mail that arrives in the office is going out on delivery every day.
“Our people work very hard locally to deliver a first class service to all our customers.
“If anyone has a query about their mail they should contact our customer service team via our website royalmail.com by Twitter @RoyalMailHelp or by ringing us on 0347 740 740 and we’ll be happy to help.”
