A MAN arrested on suspicion of making a bomb hoax has been released without charge.
Shortly before 5pm on Saturday, police received a report of a bomb threat at a phone shop in Warrington town centre.
Officers attended and, after carrying out enquiries at the scene, they arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of communicating false information.
He has subsequently been released without charge.
