A WHITE BMW parked illegally on a Winsford car park has infuriated motorists.
The vehicle was caught on camera parked on a yellow hatched no parking zone on the old Civic Hall car park yesterday at around 12.30pm.
Chris Lomas who posted a picture of the car on Facebook said: "Some people can't read."
Residents were united in their criticism of the driver causing an obstruction and flouting the law.
