THREE people were taken to hospital as a precaution after a kitchen fire at a house in Winsford.
Fire crews were called at 8.50pm last night, Friday, to the home on Chiltern Way.
A Cheshire Fire spokesman added: “A chip pan fire was out on arrival however four casualties were suffering from possible smoke inhalation.
“Three attended hospital for precautionary checks.”
Firefighters were at the scene for around an hour and used fans to clear the smoke.
