PLANS have been submitted to Cheshire East Council regarding the conversion of 37 Nantwich Road to build three new houses.
The proposal would see the existing three-bedroom house converted into two separate houses and the derelict garages would also be converted.
The land, in Nantwich Road, is not designated for any specific use meaning that this would be a ‘windfall development’.
A planning statement said: “The design of the new houses uses a modern contemporary design to set them in a period later than the surrounding houses but still maintains the local style.
“It takes into consideration some of the architectural features which are found within the vicinity.”
There will be one parking space per house as well as one visitor space.
The target date for a decision on the plans is Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
