FOUR men have been charged with burglary after shops in Winsford and Middlewich and a farm in Northwich were targeted on the same day last week.
Last Wednesday, November 28, Wickes DIY store in Weaver Valley Road, Winsford, a farm in Warrington Road, Northwich, and Indigo hairdressing salon in Wheelock Street, Middlewich, were all broken into.
The four suspects, three men from Winsford and one man from Northwich, were arrested and charged by police.
They appeared at Crewe Magistrates Court on Saturday, December 1, and were all sent to trial at Chester Crown Court, scheduled for later this month.
Each man is facing three charges of burglary, while one is also charged with fraud and one with driving while disqualified and driving without an insurance.
One of the suspects was also charged with theft relating to a separate incident, where he is alleged to have stolen a British Legion poppy collection box on October 30.
