A PROGRAMME of Christmas events has been announced by St Michael’s and All Angels Church as the church looks to celebrate the festive season.
On Sunday, December 16 there will be a carol service led by the festival choir.
On Sunday, December 23 there will be a special ‘Messy Christmas’ service.
Simon Drew, church rector, said: “Messy Christmas will be festive fun for the whole family but there will be a serious side.
“It revolves around the theme of Christmas and it will there will be craft making. There will also be a Christmas talk during the event as well.”
The church will be hosting a crib service and children are encouraged to dress up in nativity costumes. This service starts at 4pm and the midnight communion starts at 11pm.
The Christmas Day family service starts at 10am on Christmas Day.
