THIS week Middlewich Library is hosting events which highlight the different ways it can help people with their mental health and wellbeing.
On offer will be activities with a wellbeing focus for adults and children including colouring sessions, Secrets of a Sun King inspired activities, rhyme time for nursery children and their carers, citizens advice bureau drop-in morning, a work club advisor session and special one-to-one sessions.
Emma Drakes, librarian, said: “We have a brilliant programme of activities during Libraries Week that we hope will bring the community together and find out more about all the ways we can help with your wellbeing.
“Everyone is welcome and the library is free to join.”
Libraries Week is the annual showcase of the best that UK libraries of all kinds have to offer, encouraging everyone to discover their library on the second week of October.
