Firefighters rescue 15-year-old girl trapped in the grounds of a substation on Prosperity Way in Middlewich
AN injured teenage girl trapped in the grounds of a substation was rescued by firefighters.
The 15-year-old had climbed over an external fence on Prosperity Way in Middlewich and fallen.
Crews used bolt cutters to open a gate and release her.
The girl was then passed to the care of paramedics from North West Ambulance Service.
The incident happened shortly before 7pm on Tuesday, October 2.
Firefighters were at the scene for around an hour.
