FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a rubbish blaze.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service were called at around 1.15am today (Sunday, July 8) to a woodland in School Lane following reports of a fire.
On arrival crews discovered a pile of rubbish well alight.
Crews used one hose reel jet to put out the flames.
