Firefighters were on the scene for around 30mins
FIREFIGHTERS were called to reports of a fire outside Oaklands School, in Montgomery Way.
Upon arrival at the scene, at around 7.40pm on Sunday evening, the crew discovered that the fire involved a hedgerow and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames and then damped the area down.
In total, they were in attendance for around half-an-hour.
