Drivers urged to avoid A54 following crash at Park Road junction
A WOMAN has been taken to Leighton Hospital after a car and a lorry crashed on the A54 near Little Budworth.
Police were called out to reports of a crash involving a silver Kia Picanto and a lorry between the junctions with Shop Lane and Park Road at 11am today, January 12.
The woman went to hospital by ambulance, and her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The road is currently being managed by police, and traffic is queuing in both directions.
