KEEN photographers looking to enter this year’s ‘Your Heritage’ photo competition have just this week left to enter their pictures.

The well-established community competition is now in its fifth year and is calling on Middlewich photographers to explore Cheshire’s Heritage.

The competition, which is supported by Middlewich Town Council and Middlewich-based accountants Jugglers, is open to young budding photographers, enthusiastic amateurs and semi-professionals from across Cheshire.

The competition has several categories looking for a variety of images from; majestic buildings, powerful country side to inspirational people or places, the competition encourages a diverse range of images, as it says on the entry form, ‘anything goes.’

The entry deadline is the June 12 at 6pm, entries can be posted or hand delivered to Middlewich Town Hall.

Kerry Fletcher, Middlewich Town Council’s heritage officer, said: “It’s a brilliant competition that brings people together and we want everyone to get involved. I’m looking forward to seeing the winning photographs.”
