Last year the show saw a record breaking 27,917 visitors, with attendance up 13% on the previous year and 2015 aims to smash this target to be the biggest yet.

It is not all about caravans - wiith a huge number of campsites and parks, plus holiday inspiration from the UK and overseas tourist boards, there will be lots to inspire exciting new ideas for local days out and more exotic escapes.

The four-day event marks the return of last year’s successful new attraction – Great Days Out – showcasing leading tourist attractions and proving that caravanning isn’t a minority pursuit by offering inspirational new ideas for fantastic UK places to visit. Plus, there will be discounted ticket offers that are exclusive to visitors of the show.

Confirmed for 2015 are a whole host of attractions to fill your next UK holiday with, including The National Football Museum, Wychwood Brewery, Gulliver’s Kingdom, Ullswater Steamers, Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway, Visit Ribble Valley and more.

Those new to touring can benefit from The Caravan Club who will be offering visitors the opportunity to have a go at one of their free taster sessions - choose from ‘Motorhome Manoeuvring’ or ‘Tow Car Try Before You Buy’, where you can test-drive a winner from the prestigious Caravan Club Tow Car of the Year Awards 2015.

In addition, The Camping and Caravanning Club will be offering expert tuition to visitors who can learn how to tow a caravan safely and efficiently and discover more about touring abroad with their Worldwide Escapes presentations.

After this, visitors can visit the Food & Travel Stage to see Simon Reeve, Charley Boorman and Martin Dorey from ‘One Man and His Campervan’ cook up their favourite dishes and tell tales from their many adventures. Countryfile's Matt Baker will open the show on Thursday.

Sam North, show director, said: “We’re hoping to build on the success of last year’s show and deliver the best show to date.

“The 2015 event will offer something for all ages; the return of Great Days Out will provide entertainment for all the family, while those on the hunt for a new caravan or motorhome can browse the extensive collection of the latest models.”
